How it works
- Step 1

Make, model, year and mileage. Nothing to sign up for.
- Step 2
See the range
A price range and our estimate, plus how many comparable cars are behind it.
- Step 3
Add detail, narrow it
Owners, trim and condition all tighten the range.

About the data
Sources
Simulated listings, shaped exactly like 28car, Carousell and dealer ads, but generated.
Sample
Only the same model within one year of yours is counted.
Recency
The demo corpus is frozen at 15 September 2026 and covers the 90 days before it.
Common questions
What data is the estimate built on?
This is a demo: every listing and price on the site is generated, shaped like a 28car, Carousell or dealer ad but not taken from one. Estimates match the same model within one year of yours. An asking price is not a sale price, which is why we publish a range rather than a single number.
How accurate is it?
It depends on the sample. With 30 or more comparable listings confidence is high and the range is about 8% either side. Below ten we label the sample as thin and widen the range. When there's no data we say so instead of inventing a number.
Does it cost anything, and do I need an account?
No to both. Valuations are free and need no phone number or email. You only leave contact details if you ask us for a dealer quote.
I am selling. What should I ask?
Most sellers start at the top of the range to leave room to negotiate. Low mileage, one owner and a full service history support a higher ask; a quick sale usually means pricing near our estimate.
A car is far below the market price. Is it a bargain?
Not necessarily. More than 10% below the market usually has a reason: high mileage, several previous owners, accident or flood history, or an inspection falling due. Get it inspected before you pay a deposit.
